Si usted esta intentando ingresar vía ftp usando el siguiente link ftp://ftp.sudominio.com/ y recibe un error como este:

Se debe a un problema de implementación de FTP en las nuevas versiones de Internet Explorer.
Para poder ingresar usted deberá usar la siguiente manera
ftp://username%40dominio.com:password@dominio.com
o también puede usar:
ftp://username:password@domain.com
con estos links usted podrá entrar por Internet Explorer vía FTP a su cuenta de hosting.
